Integrations and connected tools

Application integrations, API connections, and reliable data handoffs between the tools your business already uses.

A practical place to start

Make your systems agree.

Your tools may each do their job well while leaving your team to move information between them. I help connect the systems around a clear source of truth, so a new record, status change, or completed task reaches the right place with the right context.

This could be a fit if…

  • Website inquiries need to reach a CRM or shared work queue.
  • Teams reconcile the same customer or project record in multiple systems.
  • A custom application needs access to an existing business platform.

Scope and deliverables

What we can build together

We agree on the deliverables and what successful completion looks like before the work begins.

  1. A connection plan

We define which system owns each field, what moves in each direction, and how existing records are matched. Access, available APIs, and account-plan restrictions are checked early.

  2. The integration itself

Depending on the systems, this may use an existing connector, a webhook, a scheduled sync, or a custom API connection. The approach should fit the volume and the maintenance you can support.

  3. Reliable operation and handoff

I can include duplicate prevention, error logging, retry handling, and documentation of the field mappings and credentials your organization manages.

One possible project

What this can look like

A website inquiry creates a CRM record and an internal task using one shared reference. A later status change updates the work queue. Repeated delivery of the same event should update the existing item instead of creating another lead.

An illustrative scenario to help you picture the work.

Working directly with me

Connect, test, then hand over.

We confirm access and supported connections, map the fields, and test a small set of records. Before rollout, we check duplicates, missing values, and interrupted deliveries. The handoff documents which system owns the data and how your team resolves a failed sync.

Available as consulting, a done-for-you project, or ongoing support, with timing and tool costs agreed in advance.

What to bring

Bring the names of the systems, the records you want to connect, and one example of the desired handoff. Do not send passwords or API keys in the contact form; access can be arranged during setup.

A few useful answers

Can you connect software that has no API?

I first check supported exports, imports, connectors, and vendor options. Some systems have real limits. If a dependable connection is not available, we can discuss a smaller handoff or a change in process before building around a fragile workaround.

How is this different from workflow automation?

An integration moves and reconciles information between systems. Workflow automation coordinates what happens next, including people, decisions, and approvals. A project can include both.
