AI consulting and software, from first question to working result.

I help businesses and individuals figure out where AI fits, connect the tools they already use, build software and websites, and make creative work. I'm based in Fort Myers, Florida, and work with people remotely anywhere in the US.

Figure out AI

01

AI consulting & coaching

You don't need to learn every AI tool to find something useful. We start with what you want to make, learn, or improve, choose tools that fit, and practice on your own work, for one person or a whole team, from everyday tasks and coding to research and creative projects.

For exampleAn office team turns an anonymized set of meeting notes into a draft summary and task list, then checks together what was left out, what was invented, and what needs confirmation. They leave with a review method they can repeat on their own.

A good fit if

  • You're new to AI and want a clear place to begin.
  • Your team uses AI inconsistently and needs a shared way of working.
  • You have a business problem and want to know where AI fits before building anything.

What you get

A practical plan
Your starting point, a short list of tasks worth trying, and the tools you already have that can do them.
Guided practice on real examples
Giving context, breaking work into steps, and checking results for omissions and invented details.
Something to keep using
Reusable prompts, a short reference guide, or a team checklist, with follow-up help as you apply it.

Connect & automate

02

Workflow automation

A process that works when one person handles it gets harder as volume grows: requests land in different places, information is retyped, and the next person has to ask what happened. I turn that into a workflow your team can follow and maintain, with rules for exact checks and AI where it helps read unstructured text.

For exampleA service request becomes a structured record, missing details are flagged, and the right office queue gets a task. Staff confirm availability before a booking message goes out, and a manager can see what's unresolved without asking around.

A good fit if

  • Incoming requests need to be organized, assigned, and tracked.
  • Staff spend time moving information between documents, spreadsheets, and systems.
  • A growing team needs consistent handoffs across departments or locations.

What you get

A map of the current process
Triggers, records, decisions, owners, and exceptions, checked against what your software already supports.
A working, bounded workflow
Request routing, document extraction for review, task creation, reminders, or scheduled reporting.
A way to operate it
Approval steps, failure alerts, an exception queue, and a short guide so your team knows what finished and what needs attention.

03

Integrations & connected tools

Your tools may each do their job well while your team moves information between them. I connect them around a clear source of truth, so a new record, status change, or finished task reaches the right place with the right context, without creating duplicates.

For exampleA website inquiry creates a CRM record and an internal task with one shared reference. A later status change updates the work queue, and a repeated delivery updates the same item instead of creating a second lead.

A good fit if

  • Website inquiries need to reach a CRM or shared work queue.
  • Teams reconcile the same customer or project record in several systems.
  • A custom application needs access to an existing business platform.

What you get

A connection plan
Which system owns each field, what moves in each direction, and how records are matched. Access and API limits are checked early.
The integration itself
An existing connector, a webhook, a scheduled sync, or a custom API connection, sized to your volume and upkeep.
Reliable operation
Duplicate prevention, error logging, retries, and documented field mappings.

Build it

04

Custom software

Sometimes the tool your work needs doesn't exist yet, or the application you have needs attention. I turn a defined problem into working software, from a small internal tool or customer-facing app to features, fixes, and integrations in an existing codebase, with AI features only where they serve the task.

For exampleAn office team needs one view of open jobs, missing documents, and pending approvals. A small internal app gives each role the actions it needs and keeps a record of changes, replacing several disconnected tracking sheets.

Analytics included

Builds can include the measurements that matter: which actions people take, where they stop, and a report you can trust before changing the product.

A good fit if

  • A spreadsheet or manual process has become hard to manage.
  • You need a prototype to test an idea with real users.
  • Your product needs features, debugging, or more engineering capacity.

What you get

A focused specification
Who uses it, the main task it supports, and what a useful first release includes.
Working features
Interfaces, backend APIs, data models, account access, and connections to other systems.
A maintainable handoff
Source code, setup instructions, tests for important behavior, and deployment notes.

05

Websites & landing pages

A visitor should quickly understand what you do, see whether you're a fit, and find a clear next step. I build and fix up sites with that in mind, from the first headline through service pages to an inquiry form that works on a phone.

For exampleA local contractor's site explains each service and coverage area, answers common questions, and sends inquiries into the office's existing process, with a form that's comfortable on a phone.

Search basics built in

Search structure is part of the site: clear service pages, titles, internal links, and answers to the questions people actually ask, readable by search engines and AI assistants alike.

A good fit if

  • Your site feels dated, confusing, or hard to use on a phone.
  • You're launching a service, product, or focused campaign.
  • People visit but struggle to understand the offer or get in touch.

What you get

A clearer path for visitors
Audience, offer, page structure, and calls to action, with copy built on your real services and the questions customers actually ask.
Responsive pages
Readable type, mobile layouts, keyboard access, and navigation that makes sense, guided by your brand.
Everything needed to launch
Working forms, page metadata, redirects, basic analytics, and checked links.

Create

06

Creative & marketing content

A campaign to launch, a story to tell, or a creative idea to explore: I turn that starting point into a production plan and assets you can use, combining writing, visuals, audio, video, and AI-assisted iteration, for businesses and personal projects alike.

For exampleA business launching a new service starts from one approved explanation and adapts it into a website section, social posts, email copy, visuals, and a short video outline, with claims reviewed before anything goes out.

A good fit if

  • You need consistent content for a launch or campaign.
  • You want to explore a song, visual concept, video idea, or personal project.
  • Your team needs a repeatable way to adapt approved content for each channel.

What you get

A creative direction
Audience, message, tone, references, and formats, with early concepts to react to.
An agreed asset set
Campaign copy, image variations, social graphics, music or audio concepts, storyboards, or short video assets.
A reusable process
Organized references, prompts, templates, and export settings so future content starts from the same direction.

Every project

How working together goes

  1. 1

    Discuss the goal

Tell me what you want to make, learn, or improve, and bring a real example or two.

  2. 2

    Agree on the approach

We define a small first step, the scope, deliverables, and what finished looks like, with timing and tool costs agreed up front.

  3. 3

    Put it to work

I build or coach, test it with you on real cases, and hand it over with what you need to keep using it.

Questions

Common questions

Do I need experience with AI or a technical background?

No. We can start with familiar tasks and plain language. For developers and experienced teams, we can go straight to integration design, evaluation, and the details of a specific workflow.

Will I need new software or subscriptions?

We start with the tools you already have. If something new would help, we discuss why and what it costs before it becomes part of the work.

Can you work with my existing website, codebase, or systems?

Yes. I start by reviewing what's there, then scope a manageable first change. A focused cleanup is often enough, and some systems have real limits that we'll find early.

Can you fix something that was vibe coded?

Yes, and I've already cleaned up a few. AI tools make it easy to get an app running and a lot harder to tell why it breaks or what's holding it together. If you're in over your head, I'll go through what you have, tell you what's worth keeping, and help you get it working.

How is workflow automation different from an integration?

An integration moves and reconciles information between systems. Workflow automation coordinates what happens next, including people, decisions, and approvals. Many projects include both.

What happens when an automation can't finish?

It needs a planned path: a review task, a paused record, or a notification to an owner. We agree on that behavior before handing anything over.

Can we start with a prototype?

Yes. We agree on what it needs to prove and which parts are temporary. Moving to production then gets its own pass on access controls, testing, and operations.

Can you guarantee search rankings or leads?

Nobody honestly can. What I can do is build clear pages, get the technical SEO right, and set up measurement that shows what's working.

Do you take on personal and creative projects?

Yes. Music, artwork, stories, learning, and personal organization all fit, whether we work through the tools together or I produce the assets.

Not sure which of these fits?

Describe what you want to make, learn, or improve. A sentence or two is plenty.
