Free photo watermark maker

Add your name, website, or logo to photos before you share them. Place it in a corner or tile it across the photo, watch the preview as you adjust it, and download every photo at full size.

Runs in your browser. Your photos are never uploaded.

Photos

Drop images here, or paste with Ctrl+V or ⌘V.

HEIC, AVIF, WebP, PNG, or JPG, up to 50 MB each.

Add one photo or a whole folder. The watermark keeps the same look on every size of photo.

Options

A PNG with a transparent background works best.

Choose, drop, or paste photos, and the watermarked preview appears here.

How it works

  1. 1

    Add your photos

Choose, drop, or paste one photo or many. HEIC, AVIF, WebP, PNG, and JPG all work.

  2. 2

    Design the watermark

Type your text or choose a logo, then set where it goes, how big it is, and how see-through. The preview updates as you go.

  3. 3

    Download

One photo downloads on its own. Several download together as a ZIP, all at full size.

Size
Set as a share of each photo's width, so a watermark at 25% looks the same on a phone photo and a small web image.
Tiled
Repeats the watermark diagonally across the whole photo. It's the hardest kind to crop out, which suits proofs and listings you share before a sale.
Logos
A PNG with a transparent background looks best. Opacity applies to logos too, and 60 to 80% keeps a logo visible without hiding the photo.

Questions

Does it change my original photos?

No. You download new copies with the watermark. The photos on your device stay as they were.

Can someone remove the watermark?

A corner watermark can be cropped off. A tiled watermark across the whole photo is much harder to remove, so use it for photos you share before someone has paid.

How many images can I convert at once?

There's no set limit, and each image can be up to 50 MB. Images convert one at a time, so a big batch takes a while, and very large batches are limited by your computer's memory. Split a huge folder into a few batches if the page slows down.

Are my photos uploaded anywhere?

No. Converting happens in your browser. Your photos never leave your device, and nothing is kept after you close the tab.

Watermarking every listing or shoot by hand?

I set up pipelines that watermark, resize, and publish photos on their own, straight from your camera folder to your website or listings.
